Access Statement

• Situated 2 minute drive from the village of Llanffestiniog.
• Parking for at least 20 vehicles to the front of the premises. Car park accessed from the driveway
• One marked disabled parking bay to the north of the building. It has hard standing that leads to the building
• Entrance door is approached from the car park up 7 steps.
• We are a 10 minute downhill walk from village. Timetables for buses are available in the reception area. The nearest train station is at Blaenau Ffestiniog
• Assistance for portering of luggage is available if required.
• The bunkhouse is on one level throughout.
• Showers, toilets and wash basins are situated in the separate wash room. There are no baths. Showers have 1 step up into them. We have one wheelchair accessible single bedroom.
• All door openings are wheelchair accessible
• WIFI is available in all bedrooms & public areas.
